Whoa to the rich!
The average per capita income worldwide is $10,298, according to the World Bank — and the differences in income between the poorest countries and richest countries in the world is staggering. Per capita annual incomes worldwide range from $280 in Burundi to $82,230 in Norway, with the U.S. in between at $56,180.Apr 25, 2018
If you own a car, you are richer than the average person in the world.
It is easy to look at these verses and think, “Whew, I am not rich so this doesn’t apply to me.”
In America, we are so spoiled that we don’t even know how much God has blessed us.
Many times we can’t see our abundance because we have become entangled in debt trying to keep up with everyone else.
God wants to be our only source of supply. He wants His people free!
Romans 13:8-10 owe no man anything, but to love one another.
If we are in bondage to debt, we can not give freely, and we become dependent on credit rather than God as our source.
It is hard to focus on God when we are strung out to creditors. It is a vicious cycle.
God is faithful and He is Jehovah Jirah, our provider. He will make a way, ask Him.

The other-side of rich is lack and it is very possible to be caught up in the love of money even when you have none.
A yearning for what you don’t have, a tendency to hoard what you have rather than give generously.
Lack is a curse! Jesus came so that we could have life and a more abundant life. John 10:10.
Allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you today in the area of your budget or lack of one.
Let Him show you your heart.
No condemnation, just love. If needed ask for forgiveness and know that He is faithful to forgive.
