Day2
Week 6
Hebrews 6
“It is very common for people to swear an oath by something greater than themselves, for the oath will confirm their statements and end all dispute. So in the same way, God wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. His purpose was unchangeable, so God added his vow to the promise.”

Unchangeable Purpose
Did you know that God created you with a specific unchangeable purpose in mind just for you?
No matter what you have done or not done, the mistakes you have made or the choices that led you in the opposite direction of His purpose; He still loves you and His original purpose is still the same.
What if I don’t like my purpose?
That is impossible! God created you and designed you with your purpose in mind.
He put a desire in your heart(spirit) to enjoy doing what He created you to do.
What if I’m not qualified to do what I think He’s calling me to do?
I have found that sometimes we are already doing it, but in the world’s eyes it seems insignificant so we feel less than.
The very thing that you feel disqualified you is the very thing He will use to show His strength.
God’s purpose for each of us is first to love Him and love our neighbor as ourselves.
Next it is to win souls to His Kingdom.
After that His design is for each of us to contribute to the above purpose in a unique and special way that only we can do.
What if I already did my part and I am old?
If you have breath in your body, you are not done and God still has an unchangeable purpose for you on this earth.
Action Step
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
“Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
Do you want to inherit the promises of God?
He sealed His promises by His name to end all doubt.
He sealed us with His Spirit.
Ask God What you should be doing right now, today to fulfill your life’s assignment down to the last detail.
What was the last thing God told you?
He will not tell you more until you act on what He already said.
It is written in His Word!
