Then
Trouble comes to everyone. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed and tired from a long season of suffering, but God has not left us.
This word THEN is such a comfort to me in the Bible. It tells me that there is more to my story than suffering!
Remember that the enemy of our soul wants nothing more than to steal, kill and destroy us. John 10:10.
If we focus on our circumstances, then we open a door for the enemy to steal our peace which leads to weaker faith and so on.
Flip your focus to the promises of God. Thank Him for those promises!
Often when we are staring at the most gloomy situation, God is the closest! You may not feel Him or be able to see an answer through the fog, but God is faithful! He sees you. Cry out to Him and thank Him even when you don’t see Him. He is working.
Why do you think the devil is shouting so loudly with these circumstances?
He knows God is on the move.
Praise Him for the THEN in your life.
He delivered them in their distresses and He will deliver you too.
Hallelujah
