The Voice Of Fear

Have you ever been a little afraid?

Maybe you heard a strange sound in the middle of the night and it got your attention.

What did you do?

Most of the time we tune in and listen closely.

What happens?

If we hear it again, it usually sounds louder or more clear and now our fear thermometers are rising.

Was the sound louder or were we just tuned in to hear it more clearly?

Fear is a liar, but he can be subtle.

We tend to hear what we give our attention to.

Are you tuning in to the voice of fear and swallowing every worry that enters your mind?

The more attention you give it the louder it becomes.

Action Step

What are you giving your attention to?

Peace comes from God.

Are you tuned in to the right frequency?

Check your thermometer!
