Pillar

What is a pillar and how can I be one?

Pillar-a support, a person regarded as reliably providing essential support for something.

Our faith in God’s Word as truth becomes a pillar in our lives as well as the lives of those we come in contact with.

Building a pillar takes layers of stone, and the same is true for faith.

The writer is encouraging us to constantly affirm the truth of the Gospel, so that our faith can become a pillar for those around us.

We are spurred on to hold fast to our profession.

We need to profess our affirmations of faith and truth out loud.

Each time you say what you believe out loud you are creating a layer of faith.

Soon you will be a pillar of faith!

A wide open mouth is a receiving mouth!

Action Step

Take a few deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

Tell God the concerns on your heart.

Let go by opening up your hands.

Thank God for giving you a voice.
