Day1
1 Thessalonians 2:1-4
“My dear brothers and sisters, it’s obvious that our ministry among you has proven to be fruitful. And though we had already suffered greatly in Philippi, where we were shamefully mistreated, we were emboldened by faith in our God to fearlessly preach his wonderful gospel to you in spite of incredible opposition. Our coming alongside you to encourage you was not out of some delusion, or impure motive, or an intention to mislead you, but we have been approved by God to be those who preach the gospel. So our motivation to preach is not pleasing people but pleasing God, who thoroughly examines our hearts.”

People Pleaser
It is easy to say “I am not a people pleaser.”
It is much harder to live each day without care for what others will say or think of us.
God is the only one who can examine our hearts. He is the only one who knows our true motives.
Everyone faces challenges and trials. The question is not if, but when.
Knowing that we are going to face opposition, allows us to seek God first before we are in a trial.
God loves us. He wants the very best for us.
Be bold about your faith and do not consider what people will think.
You will face opposition either way.
Why not put purpose behind it.
God will guide you.
You never know who is waiting on the other side of your obedience.
Do not be intimidated by what people may think.
People need God and you hold the answer to every question. Jesus is the answer and Holy Spirit lives inside your heart.
Share Him with someone today.
Be bold!
