Day1
Week12
2 Samuel
“David also defeated Hadadezer the son of Rehob, king of Zobah, when he went to restore his authority over the River Euphrates. David seized from him one thousand seven hundred horsemen and twenty thousand foot soldiers, and David hamstrung all of the chariot horses, save those for one hundred chariots. The Arameans of Damascus came to help Hadadezer king of Zobah, but David defeated twenty-two thousand men of the Arameans. David put garrisons in Aram of Damascus; and the Arameans became servants who bore tribute to David. The Lord helped David wherever he went.”

More Than Enough
What are you facing today, right now?
David is an example for us that no matter what we face, if we seek God, He is more than enough.
In fact, His name El-Shaddai means “Almighty God” which could also be translated, “The God Who Is More Than Enough.” That is actually His name!
Our God is more than enough to overcome any financial problems. He is more than enough to conquer any health problems that come your way. He is more than enough to overcome any social or relationship problems you may experience.
You’ve been redeemed from the curse of the law(death, sickness, and poverty).
Because of Jesus, we have the same favor that David had and so therefore, The Lord will help you wherever you go.
Action Step
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.”
Psalms 23:4-5 MEV
Even when you go through hard times, God is with you.
Close your eyes and ask God to show you where he was in a recent difficult situation.
When you’re ready, bring your request to God.
