Justified
Has something grievous been done to you?
Human reasoning causes us to think that revenge or ill-will towards the oppressor is justified.
God’s ways are not like our ways. Vengeance belongs to God alone because He is the only one who is without sin and He alone has an eternal perspective.
It is very difficult to understand that we were not designed to carry the weight of judgment.
Our Heavenly Father is good. He is full of tender compassion and mercy.
If we choose to carry anger; then anger will bring along its brothers, cousins and so on. Soon we experience a houseful of seemingly justified resentment.
Stop the madness! Release it all to God right now. The only way to freedom is surrender.
