I Told You So
Have you ever been warned not to do something and decided to do it anyway?
I think we have all been there a time or two.
Samuel warned the people that choosing a human king to rule over them was a bad idea.
He actually predicted what would happen, but the people couldn’t see beyond their fear.
How often do we choose to focus on fear of our circumstances and imagined outcomes?
God’s Word is the only outcome that matters.
The Israelites did not have direct access to God’s Word, yet we judge them for making seemingly obvious poor choices.
Action Step:
Search God’s Word (you may use Google to make it easier)
What fearful circumstances are you facing?
Seek God through the truth found in His Word and determine that fear is a liar.
