Day3
Week2
Hebrews 2
“But we see Jesus, who as a man, lived for a short time lower than the angels and has now been crowned with glorious honor because of what he suffered in his death. For it was by God’s grace that he experienced death’s bitterness on behalf of everyone! For now he towers above all creation, for all things exist through him and for him. And that God made him, pioneer of our salvation, perfect through his sufferings, for this is how he brings many sons and daughters to share in his glory.”

Grace Pioneer
What do you think of when you hear the word pioneer?
I think of the early settlers in America
Pioneer: develop or be the first to use or apply (a new method, area of knowledge, or activity).
Jesus was the first fruit of salvation!
He is the grace pioneer!
Jesus was the first to apply His blood.
He administered grace, undeserved favor as a new method once for all to receive salvation.
GRACE is also an acronym representing five attributes:
G is for generosity, the will to do something more for others who did nothing to deserve it.
R is revelation of knowledge and understanding of the wonders of life and love of God.
A is authority in action, based on faith in Jesus.
C is compassion, the supernatural concern for others who we have never met.
E is empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of another by the Holy Spirit that catalyzes us into good works.
Jesus is perfect in every way and He extends His perfect grace to everyone who will receive it by faith.
Action Step
Are you a grace pioneer for your family or at your job?
Who can you extend grace to today?
