Day3
Mark 14:13-16
“So he sent two of his disciples ahead into Jerusalem with these instructions: “Make your way into the city and watch for a man carrying a pitcher of water. Follow him, and say to the owner of whatever house he enters, ‘The Teacher wants to ask you: “Do you have my room ready where I can eat the Passover meal with my disciples?” ’ And he will show you a large upstairs room ready and with a table set. Make preparations for us there.” So they went into the city and found everything to be exactly like Jesus had prophesied, and they prepared for him the Passover meal.”

Go, Follow, Say and Do
Jesus instructions were specific, but still seemingly vague if you consider that there were about 250,000 visitors in Jerusalem for the Passover Feast. How were they going to find one specific man carrying a pitcher of water?
First of all, the number one question that will stop your faith in its tracks is “How?” If we focus on how, we will never move forward. Our job is to go when He says go.
Maybe you have felt a tugging on your heart to call a friend or send a card or supply a need for someone. Did you ask how or did you just do it.
Second, in Jesus day, men rarely carried water. That task was assigned to women so a man carrying a water pitcher would be fairly easy to find.
If we listen closely, God is ready to direct our path. We must learn to follow rather than try to figure it out with our own understanding.
Proverbs 3:6
Third, Jesus told them what to say. We have His Word. When we take time to study and learn of Him, the Holy Spirit will bring all things to our remembrance.
Finally, everything they needed was already there. Faith goes. When we move forward in faith , everything we need is waiting for us. Jesus has provided all we need.
What are you waiting for? Go and make preparations for He is coming soon!!
