Faith Works By Love
There is not much that can compare to a parent’s love for their child.
Moses’ parents loved their baby and they loved God. Love caused them to use their faith and hide the child.
Our love for God will propel us into faith.
Is there an area in your life that is a challenge to trust God?
Focus on how much He loves you. Our Heavenly Father loves us so much.
He is always working things out for our good as we are called according to His purpose.
I’m sure Moses parents had questions about the timing. “Why now?, What if the Pharaoh finds out?, How can we keep this baby quiet?”
Since faith works by love, they could trust that just like they loved their baby, God loved them and their baby. Love gave them a foundation to anchor their faith in.
Whatever you are facing right now, remember that God loves you. Walk in love towards others and hold onto the truth that God not only loves you, but He is love.
Action step
