Chain Of Command

Have you ever noticed that in all things there is a chain of command?

Of course in our occupation there is definitely a chain of command, but look at nature. There is order in every thing.

Sometimes it is difficult to obey those in authority over us, but it helps to understand that God created order out of chaos. Ultimately, we are obeying God as we go about our lives and follow the chain of command.

Prayer changes things. If we don’t like a situation, then we need to pray and ask God to give us understanding and wisdom. As we seek Him through His word in the matter, we will be able to pray and ask according to His will and thus bring change either to ourselves and the way we think or to the situation.

Action Step

The heart of man devises his way, but the Lord directs his steps.
