Day4
1 Thessalonians 5:9-10
“For God has not destined us to [incur His] wrath [that is, He did not select us to condemn us], but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died [willingly] for us, so that whether we are awake (alive) or asleep (dead) [at Christ’s appearing], we will live together with Him [sharing eternal life].”

Called to Wholeness
Think for a moment about
God. Close your eyes and be still. What does He look like? Is His voice loud or soft? What are His hands doing? Is He pointing His finger at you scolding you? Is He reaching out to you? Do you feel shame or anger or love?
Think about how you answered those questions. God has not called us so that He could point His finger and accuse us. He called us to be whole. He called us to relationship with Jesus.
God is not accusing us of anything. Who is the accuser of the brethren? ( Revelation 12:10)
The devil!
God chose us to love. He paid a great price to be close to us. He gave His ONLY son for us.
Accept His love and healing.
Be whole in Jesus name!
Action Step:
Do the exercise from above again. Take your time and close your eyes. Write down your answers. Write down what you see and how you feel. You may be surprised.
Ask yourself if what you see and feel lines up with what God’s Word says about you and about Him.
Believe the Word!
