Day5
Week2
Hebrews 2
“Since all his “children” have flesh and blood, so Jesus became human to fully identify with us. He did this, so that he could experience death and annihilate the effects of the intimidating accuser who holds against us the power of death. By embracing death Jesus sets free those who live their entire lives in bondage to the tormenting dread of death. For it is clear that he didn’t do this for the angels, but for all the sons and daughters of Abraham. This is why he had to be a man and take hold of our humanity in every way. He made us his brothers and sisters and became our merciful and faithful King-Priest before God; as the One who removed our sins to make us one with him. He suffered and endured every test and temptation, so that he can help us every time we pass through the ordeals of life.”

Annihilate The Accuser
Death where is your sting?
Are you afraid today?
The root of all fear comes ultimately from a fear of death and torment.
Jesus stole that weapon when he conquered the cross, went to hell, stole the keys to death hell and the grave and rose again!
Jesus came to annihilate the accuser.
Why are we still afraid?
Jesus annihilated the effects of the accuser.
The accuser’s fate is sealed. He will be annihilated at Jesus soon return, but for now; the accuser of the brethren, the devil is still here sneaking around as( pretending to be) a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
It is up to us to be sober and watchful making sure that we are not listening to the roaring lies of condemnation and fear.
Jesus provided His Word which details His personal experience facing every challenge we may face and His victory in every area.
What weapon did Jesus use?
The Word of God.
In order to annihilate the accuser in your life, you must also use the same weapon under the authority of His name.
Action Step
Take your place of authority over fear by studying to show yourself approved unto God.
