Day3
Week24
1Samuel 15
“And Saul said, “They have brought them from the Amalekites. For the people spared the best of the sheep and oxen, to sacrifice to the Lord your God, and the rest we have utterly destroyed.” Then Samuel said to Saul, “Stop, and I will tell you what the Lord spoke to me this night.” And he said to him, “Speak.” Samuel said, “When you were little in your own sight, were you not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the Lord anointed you king over Israel?”

Stop
“Let me stop you right there.” Samuel said to Saul.
Have you ever convinced yourself that you’re right and made a list of excuses?
Stop, just stop, right?
God knows the beginning and the end of a matter.
If we are honest with ourselves, we know when we go off the plan and do our own will.
Maybe we tell a little white lie rather than face up to our boss or we don’t tell our spouse about a certain purchase or even not being honest with your spouse about the financial situation.
I have found that facing the truth is always the best way.
Bring everything to the light and let God speak truth into your heart.
Do not give place to the devil! Humility will win every time.
Action Step
Is there anything that you need to get off your chest?
Bring it to the light, Jesus.
We were not created to carry sin. Even a small matter will eat at you and make your body sick.
This opens a door for the evil one to come in and steal, kill and destroy your faith and then your life.
It Is Not Worth It!
Humble Yourself.
